What we collect and why
Our enquiry form asks for your name, company, email address and phone number. You may also choose a service and leave a message. We use these details to respond, understand your business requirements and discuss services you have asked about. The form also sends the page from which you enquired.
The interactive walkthrough runs in your browser without an account. Its choices are not saved to browser storage. If you complete it, your selected trade and priority work appear with the enquiry form and are included if you choose to send an enquiry. Exploring the walkthrough alone does not submit an enquiry.
The four contact fields are required to submit this form. You are not legally required to provide them; if you prefer, you can contact us directly by email. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message.
Our basis for using your information
We use enquiry information for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and discussing relevant services. Where you are asking us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we may also process the information for that purpose. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Who processes the form
The form prepares an email draft in your browser. Your enquiry is not submitted to a form-processing service. When you choose to open and send the draft, your email app and the email providers involved in delivery process the information.
If you do not send the email, we do not receive the enquiry. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing discussion and maintain relevant business records. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry leads to a working relationship, any unresolved issue and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us if you would like us to review or delete an enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and may have a right to data portability. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not use enquiry details for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
