Search. Discover. Enquire.
Illustrative customer journey · Create more opportunities to win work
A good fit if…

You want to reach more potential customers and can respond to new enquiries promptly.

Why your business needs it

A quieter diary needs a plan. Advertising gives you a way to act.

Waiting for the phone to ring gives you very little control. Paid advertising lets you actively promote particular services in particular areas, with an agreed spend and a clear way to assess the enquiries. The important question is whether it brings opportunities worth following up.

Promote the work you actually want

You might want boiler installations, larger landscaping projects or recurring office cleaning. We build the campaign around those priorities instead of promoting every service equally. That focus connects the advert, the landing page and the enquiry.

Match the channel to the decision

Google and Bing search campaigns can reach people actively looking for a service. Meta advertising can introduce your work to people browsing Facebook and Instagram. Urgent repairs and considered home improvements need different messages and expectations.

Make the next decision with evidence

A cheap enquiry is not necessarily useful. We review location, service fit and your feedback alongside campaign costs. If a campaign brings the wrong conversations, the targeting, message or page needs attention before simply putting more money behind it.

What we do

Proper work.
Clearly explained.

Choose the right channel

Google and Bing can reach people actively searching for your services. Meta can introduce your work to people on Facebook and Instagram. We recommend the mix that suits the job.

Focus on the work you want

We agree priority services, locations, working hours and available capacity. Targeting and exclusions help reduce irrelevant clicks, although no platform makes every visit a perfect match.

Make the click count

An advert needs a useful destination. We align the message, landing page and enquiry form so people understand the offer and can contact you easily.

Keep improving with real feedback

We review search terms, adverts and lead quality. Your feedback on enquiries helps us see beyond clicks and focus spend on opportunities that could become profitable work.

Picture it in your business · illustrative example

A business with room for more of its best work.

Suppose your team can take on more bathroom installations, but you keep receiving small repair enquiries. Buying more general traffic is unlikely to solve that mismatch on its own.

  1. Define the job worth winning

Agree the installation services, realistic travel area, capacity and information needed to decide whether an enquiry is suitable.

  2. Build a connected campaign

Choose the platform, write a specific advert and send visitors to a bathroom installation page with genuine examples and a clear enquiry route.

  3. Follow the enquiry beyond the click

Review which contacts become suitable leads, receive a quote and turn into booked work. Feed that learning back into the campaign.

The objective: understand what it takes to generate relevant opportunities, then make informed decisions about where to focus next. This is an example approach, not a client case study or a forecast.

Still wondering about something?
Just ask us

What does PPC mean?

Pay per click. In search advertising, you generally pay when someone clicks your advert. Meta campaigns use different billing and delivery options. We explain the setup we recommend before you commit.

Can advertising bring enquiries quickly?

Ads can start reaching people once approved and running. Enquiries are never guaranteed, and a campaign needs testing and refinement to understand what works.

Will I own my advertising accounts?

We set out access and ownership at the start. Our approach is to run campaigns in accounts your business owns, with clear reporting and visibility of platform spend.

Do we need Google, Meta and Bing at once?

No. We choose a starting point around your services, customer behaviour and resources. A focused campaign you can measure is more useful than activity across every platform without a clear reason.

What if the enquiries are poor quality?

Tell us which are unsuitable and why. Wrong area, wrong service and unrealistic expectations are different problems. We use that information to review search terms, targeting, creative and the page visitors see.

Can campaigns change when we are busy?

Yes. Tell us about capacity, seasonal priorities and changes to the work you want. We can review campaign focus and spending accordingly. Keeping us informed helps avoid promoting work you cannot currently take on.
